I’m Dana van Ness.

 

I’ve spent over twenty years working alongside youth, families, and individuals — listening carefully, asking thoughtful questions, and helping people think through moments that feel complicated, tender, or quietly heavy.

 

I’m a Certified Master Integrative Life Coach, though the heart of my work is simple. I pay attention. I don’t rush people. I don’t tell them who to be.

 

Most people who find their way to me are doing their best and functioning well on the outside, while carrying questions on the inside — about direction, relationships, work, or how they are living their lives.

 

Our work together is conversational and grounded in real life. We slow things down enough to hear what’s true, and then decide what to do with that — thoughtfully, and without pressure.
